Yes, it was from 4.0.4.GA, after fresh .jar installation for ejb3-clustered config, which I did out of curiousity.

The 4.0.4.GA shutdown "crash" only happened once (it came down cleanly on a subsequent shutdown).  4.0.5.GA has given me consistent end-of-shutdown failures (when stopping a clustered config).
