i have managed deploy schedular in an ear. This is how I did that. 

I created a sar file with the scheduler class. then ine jboss-service.xml of the sar include schedulable entry for the schedular instead of inside the default/conf/jboss-service.xml. now the system works well.

if any suggestions pls let me know.
