Oh, I think I forgot to document that you need to install the dispatcher using:

<component name="org.jboss.seam.core.dispatcher"
  |                class="org.jboss.seam.core.Dispatcher" /> 

in components.xml. 

Sorry about that.

I'll also make the NPE look prettier.
