I don't recognize this class (it is not part of JBoss as far as I can tell):

com.teamcenter.jeti.resourceadapter.spi.impl.ManagedConnectionFactoryImpl

It is in the stack trace.  It looks like JBoss is starting an MBean, which uses this class, which then parses an XML file which needs to connect to java.sun.com which for some reason your DNS cannot find.

If this is your class/mbean, does JBoss start without it being deployed? If so, then you need to fix your class/mbean or your DNS.
