The slowdown is due to the classloader inspecting every class whether it matches bindings. This can be controlled by using the Include/Exclude options.

Can you try your example with non-isolated classloading?

Also, try the injboss tutorial and see if you can reproduce the problem there with scoping turned on. If you can I will take a look.
