Part of the problem is that you are using Seam from the EAP (by default in RHDS) which I think no one else here uses (everyone here probably uses community releases).  I would suggest upgrading Seam to 1.2.1.GA (it has a lot of good fixes in it) and try with that.  Ask in the RHDS forum about how to do this.
