I personally dont know whether the Servlet spec and Drools are related. Drools (also known as JBoss Rules) has its user mailing list at rules-users at lists.jboss.org. Subscribe to that list and ask your question there. That mailing list is very active and you have a higher chance of getting your question answered there.
