Which AS version do you use and what are the '...previous warnings...' as mentioned in the stacktrace?

I had a similar problem, because switching from local to XA datasources didn't work, the preliminary solution is described in: http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=Multiple1PC
