I had the same error.

After tracing through the runup code in Seam I found I did in fact have two actors... In fact I had two of every thing that Seam creates naviely...

The solution I found was to remove seam.jar from my War!

I have no idea why I put it in there; but at some point I did and would only have put it in there for a good reason.
