where i have to put webservices.xml??

i have a war that in the web-inf contains:

lib/
wsdl/file.wsdl
jaxrpc-mapping.xml
jboss-web.xml
web.xml
webservices.xml

Where to put each file ?

I put webservices outside web-inf and deploy well but the webservices does not publish: http://localhost:8080/jbossws/services
