Hi Peter, 
  - This method is called when processAction().
  public void processAction(ActionRequest request, ActionResponse response){
      processSubmitEditLearningProgramAction(request);
  }

  - From link: http://labs.jboss.com/portal/jbossportal/download, I download Jboss 2.4.1 (Package: JBoss Portal Binary - Version: 2.4.1-SP1) and test the methods above but it is not working, it throws the same errors that I show to you. If you know another link to download Jboss 2.4.1, please give it to me, I will try to test more.
