[jboss-user] [JBossCache] - how to syn JBossCache with the database

Hi All, 
I am new to JBossCache, can anyone help out in doing this. 
I want my JBossCache content to be reloaded when ever there is an update in my database. 
Please explain in detail, iam very new to this.
