No I haven't this annotation.

What it is really strange is that the same WS, deployed in the JbossWS 1.2.1 with Jboss 4.2.0 (obviously with the libraries updated to this versions) runs correctly.

Maybe a problem with the libraries? Perapsh some important library that there isn't?
