Problem fixed, well atleast for now :)
All you have to do is stop Jboss, change Windows timezone to a  different zone.  Start Jboss and it starts displaying right time.  You can stop the Jboss and switch to your local timezone and start Jboss again to get back to normal routine.  Weird!
