You've got this error:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.myfaces.webapp.StartupServletContextListener 

Which may be caused by the fact that you chose the ALL profile when installing JBoss 4.0.4 rather than the EJB3 profile that the docs state is mandatory. See http://labs.jboss.com/jbossseam/gettingstarted

Reinstalling with the EJB3 profile would be a good place to start.
