I'm a bit confused about what you are asking.

I see org.jboss.portlet.JBossRenderRequest in both the API docs and in the source.  Same with javax.portlet.RenderRequest.  This is with JBP 2.6 source package, and javadocs for both 2.4 and 2.6.
