Scheduled delivery makes you specify the time of delivery.  I don't want to specify the time of delivery for various reasons that I won't go into here.  I just wanted to add a delay of X seconds to the message, without having to reference the system time.  Slightly different things.

I've figured out another way of doing it anyway.
