[jboss-user] [Beginners Corner] - What's the jboss?

Hi:
    Can you tell me what's the jboss and how many modules it hava? What is the basic function of every module?
     By the way, what is differece between jboss5.0 and jboss4.2? The explication is the more detailed, the better I like.
     I am a beginner, so ask for your help. The answer in website is simple and superficial, I want inquire deeply into it.
