[jboss-user] [Performance Tuning] - Very slow startup on Windows

I have a jboss instance (jboss-4.0.4.GA) that starts and works normally (under Linux). I copied it on another machine (under Windows) where it starts very slow (about several hours). Normal booting stops after log4j initialization.  I think this is a network issue... Where is the problem?
