I am having the same error "Failed to load or instantiate TagExtraInfo class: org.jboss.portal.portlet.taglib.DefineObjectsTagTEI" with some of my portlets as I try to migrate from 2.2 to 2.4.

It seems to be a build issue, but I haven't found the cure-all.

Any help appreciated.
