I think, i found the problem. In the websale example the first task's source is form.create.xhtml. In this file the second line is anonymous wrote : http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd and when your computer has no internet connection, this is unreachable.

Can anybody check this?
Any idea to solve this problem?
