The log output you posted is not an error, it is a debug statement.

The output 

09:53:48,390 ERROR [URLDeploymentScanner] Incomplete Deployment listing:

is a report of what failed to deploy, but is a report after the fact. There should earlier be a stack trace in the console output, that stack trace identifies the error.

But looking at the report, I would assume that the HSQLDB did noit get started, did you by any change remove the hsqldb-ds.xml file?
