JBoss IDE contains lots of modules. 1 is the GPD, graphical process designer http://docs.jboss.com/jbpm/v3/gpd/

JBoss IDE 1.6 contains 3.0.9 of the GPD, so download the and install the newer GPD like described in the docs above.
