[jboss-user] [JBossWS] - ant task produces java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/m

When I run the wsconsume ant task it produces the error  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/mirror/apt/AnnotationProcessorFactory

I can get rid of this by referencing tools.jar in the classpath, but why is this necessary? Whats happening here that the class is not being picked up anyway?
