[jboss-user] [Beginners Corner] - Upgrading JBoss??

Is there any documentation on how to upgrade jboss 4.0.5 to jboss4.2.x
Is the only way to back up the configuration files and redeploy them to the new server?
What if the new configuration files are different as they usually are?
I wished there was a way to upgrade jboss by running a wizard and keep my old configuration intact... Is there any docs or tutorials I can look at to do this?
