[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - Don't use long conversation components with Ajax4JSF:support

I have an app that I am working on for a customer, and I used the a4j:support to re-render a region, and the action involved using a series of conversation based components.  I ended up with a LIE, which makes sense since I cannot propagate a conversation currently with <a:support>.   I then found, http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBSEAM-1832, which discusses the same issue.  Will there be resolution to this issue soon? and are there any other workarounds?
