I have placed the following files in the lib/endorsed folder:

jaxb-api.jar
jaxws-rt.jar
jboss-jaxrpc.jar
jboss-jaxws.jar
jboss-saaj.jar

I am using jboss4.2.2.GA and sun jdk 1.6 and it works fine on a vista platform.
