the problem is resolved with this

Before I used the JBossIDE-2.0.0.Beta2-Bundle-win32, which already contains JBoss gpd package.

After I installed Eclipse 3.3.1 and have used Eclipse plugins in folder "designer" (from the jbpm-jpdl-suite-3.2.2 as the JbpmGettingStarted recommends)
and it works........:-)
