Hmmm...I think I found what I was looking for.
It sits in "src\jpdl\org\jbpm\instantiation"....who would of guessed!
I'm looking at ProcessClassLoader.java.

Anyway, if anyone has any better ideas on doing what I mentioned in my first post, please feel free to post :)
