[jboss-user] [JBoss Seam] - Is it possible to run a Seam application on a split deployme

Does anyone have any information on how (or know whether it's even possible) to deploy a seam application as a split deployment eg war deployed on tomcat and the ejb's deployed on a seperate Jboss instance? An example of a similar architecture can be seen here http://www.amitysolutions.com.au/documents/JBossTomcatJNDI-technote.pdf, although obviously with more recent versions (I wish to use JBoss 4.2 and tomcat 5.5).

Are there any likely drawbacks?

Any pointers would be gratefully received!
