Sure, I am working from the seam generated CRUD resulting from reverse engineering a database.  I am using seam version 1.1.6 and JBoss version 4.0.5 GA.  Can you show me a simple example.  It seems pretty straightforward, so I don't know why the breakpoint is not getting hit.
