[jboss-user] [JBoss Getting Started Documentation] - jboss portal server is not opening

after downloading the jboss portal bundle , i unzip that in separate folder.but when i go to bin and click on run.bat .the black screen comes for a a second and then it vanishes.plz.tell me the reason.
