[jboss-user] [JNDI/Naming/Network] - configuring tomcat to jboss

I have a tomcat server on one box and two jboss nodes(clustered) each on a different box, all in the same subnet. Can someone please explain me how I can configure tomcat to send request to the two jboss nodes. Also, configuring for load balancing if possible.
