The source of the error is:
Server returned HTTP response code: 502 for URL: http://wsp.bea.com:7001/producer/producer?WSDL
This probably means that you didn't properly setup your proxy configuration. Assuming you used the proper host name and port for your proxy, it might mean that you need to add authentication configuration. See the pages linked from the Wiki for more information.
It might also be a transient error on BEA's public producer. This happens once in a while. However, if it persists, it's more likely a proxy configuration issue.
