Must use Facelets 1.1.15 for JBoss AS 5.0.0.GA.

Works fine with Richfaces 3.2.2.SR1. Tested.

Your WEB-INF\lib may have only these:
commons-beanutils
commons-codec
commons-digester
commons-lang
commons-validator
jsf-facelets
oro
richfaces-api
richfaces-impl
richfaces-ui

and MUST NOT HAVE xerces, commons-logging, xml-apis,jsf-impl,jsf-api.
