[jboss-user] [JBoss Portal] - deploy j2ee

I have a j2ee portlet on my JBoss Portal;  I have a link to external reference on my index.jsp (es . a href="www.yahoo.com"). When I click open a new external page. I want to reload this link within my portlet as internal page in the window portlet achieving to reload default portal page. How do it ?
