[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - Unable to locate current JTA transaction

Hi at all,
I've an application on my jboss portal 4.2.1 that work with mysql.
If I set in datasource min-pool-size to 30 and max-pool-size to 200, all work well; but if i change min-pool-size to 50 and max-pool-size to 250, the application dosn't work and u receive the exception 

2008-02-19 11:11:45,472 ERROR [org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[localhost].[/portal].[PortalServletWithPathMapping]] Servlet.service() for servlet PortalServletWithPathMapping threw exception
org.hibernate.HibernateException: Unable to locate current JTA transaction

Can anybody help me ???
