Are you sure that's the issue ?
It's working fine for me, but i just realized recently that the portlet available has a configuration issue.
You need to define the location of the data:
in WEB-INF/classes/properties/database.properties
for now you have something that points to my machine :-/
Make sure to define the location of your war
