[jboss-user] [Installation, Configuration & DEPLOYMENT] - BindException on Ubuntu

Hi.
I installed JBoss4.2.2 on Ubuntu 7.10
Upon starting the server, I got java.net.BindException
as the port 8009 is already in use.
Any ideas?
