thank you very much for answering!!
I tried it now with jdk jdk1.5.0_14 (path: C:\Programme\Java\jdk1.5.0_14).
JBoss path is now: C:\jboss-4.2.2.GA
I did not get the exception which should be output if I had had the findstr problem. So I comment out the echo off statement.
This is my output:

I hope you have got another idea now?
Thank you very much for your help; I need the AppServer for my diploma thesis (right word??) and I have lost so much time now because of this trouble.
