Unless you've gotten the latest from CVS there was an issue with the Weblogic example where the web.xml was not the correct version.  Weblogic 9.2 does not support servlet 2.5 only 2.4.  It should be correct in the latest from CVS.

the data source name should be the name of the examples data source that is installed with the other examples.  You should not have to change that unless you did not install the examples with the weblogic installation.
