[jboss-user] [JBoss jBPM] - can't create a process instance

Hi All,
I am very new to JBPM.
I am getting the following error when i execut my JBPM code

org.jbpm.JbpmException: can't create a process instance when processDefinition is null.



can anyone explain in general what is the cause for this problem
