Oh, sorry:

Jboss 4.2.2
JBoss Native: jboss-native-2.0.4-linux2-x86-ssl.tar.gz
OS: Ubuntu server 8.04 (in a virtual box)

and it doesnt hang, it takes very long to start:

Wohaaa, nearly 1 hour to start JBoss, great !
