another option is sun's openmq(https://mq.dev.java.net) ,it support c++ client ,I also evaluate jbm activemq openmq, I found JBM is the best but it can't support C++,activemq is not so stable,openmq stable but preformance not so good but it can support c++ client ,and have lots docs, and rich admin application.
so now i will choose jbm or openmq
