What does the ant run have to do with the initial problem you posted?

It looks like the ant script is looking for the app server in the wrong directory. There is probably a properties file that declares where jbossas is installed, modify that to fit your location.  Most likely, something like this:

jboss.home=C:/somedir/programs/jboss-4.2.2.GA
