[jboss-user] [Beginners Corner] - Please help with mail.properties on COX broadband

I am using cox internet service and need to use third party email that use port 25 however cox block port 25. They said that any outbound SMTP must be routed through a Cox SMTP server but I don't know how to config this. Please help, I try to config mail under 
WEB-INF\classes\mail.properties 

mail.smtp.host=smtp.west.cox.net 
mail.smtp.username=test123 at cox.net 
mail.smtp.password=test123 
third party email such as ... 
wisecheck.com 
port 25 
user = test at wisecheck.com 
password = test
