Hi Billy,
I think I have gotten your question. I am working on windows, so I can not get your question. Today I test it on Linux, I found a question like yours. Maybe because in linux   we call ws command line to generate codes like this : wscommand -c "your classpath" .... but in linux eclipse console, we can not use " " for your classpath. should be like this: wscommand -c your classpath.....
I have fixed this issue: JBIDE-3310
Maybe this can resolv your question. If any question, please let me know.
