Which version of JBoss and Java do you use? And did you do any changes to the clean installation of JBoss? 

By the way, why do you want to use the web-console?  By web-console, i guess you mean http://localhost:8080/web-console. The web-console hasn't been maintained for some time now and isn't very useful.
