That is what I suspected - the configuration you got from the client was incorrect. Glad you found the missing pieces and are running.

I have two EAP downloads:
jboss-eap-4.3.0.GA-1.ep1.8.zip (downloaded in January)
jboss-eap-4.3.0.GA_CP02.zip (downloaded in September)
