When do you get out of memory ? after several deployments ?
there are known issues related with PermGen Space 
try add these parameters to java

-XX:+CMSClassUnloadingEnabled
  | -XX:+CMSPermGenSweepingEnabled
  | -XX:MaxPermSize=256M
